  1. Thanks for the fun Saturday night viewing!! You are so adorable - you made me giggle a bunch of times. I'm glad you are learning to be regular aggressive instead of just passive aggressive, sounds like a positive development! You are so good at "trusting the process." "Why would you want to miss part of the process??" GREAT attitude. :-D Thanks for the shout-out. Good lord, you're making me sound all important. Trust me, there are WAY more exciting people than me who are coming to see you guys this month!! xoxo J

  2. It's so wonderful to see you on here! Your enthusiasm is really infectious and just so positive. I've thought, and thought, and thought, about going to Bikram but I think you've convinced me to just GO!

  3. Thanks for the great video updates. I'm planning on heading to TT in the Spring. I was wondering if they allow voice recorders in the Lectures and Classes. I don't want to miss a thing when I get there.

  4. Hi Brian... They do not allow recorders of any kind. In fact, they are very particular about when you can take pictures, and what you can take pictures of... Bikram's image is a copyright/trademark type of thing.

  6. Thank you for the great updates! All the BYTT blogs have been excellent reading/viewing :-)

I have one question to add to the mix but it may have been covered in one of your (Or Chrissy's) very early entries. Does everyone practice in shorts? I'm still in the cropped yoga pant zone & often instructors tell us to roll these up so they can see our knees locking (or not!)I get that heat wise shorts would be more practical but just wondering if it's compulsory at TT.
    Thanks, Kat.

  7. Most people practice in shorts. But there are plenty of people who practice in capris. Including teachers.

  8. Heather, I love you. The towel story. Oh my God, that reminds me of the the old days. I love your no nonsense attitude about everything. Thank you so much for taking time out and making these videos. You are a generous soul.
