I love this idea, Heather! I'm so happy to hear about your TT adventures. You have a lot of folks cheering you on in this endeavor. I will definitely have to contact you next week when I practice.
Your electrolyte mix sounds like a good idea. I hate EmergenC too!
thanks for sharing your journey with us...i loved reading this as we have some fellow Yogis there as well (SYDNEY AUSTRALIA)so good to know whats happening over there..thanks
Heather, it is so nice to hear your voice and see you speak! I love the idea of video updates. It's great to hear shoutouts to Johan (fellow trainee) & Juliana, fellow folks from our Bikram 101 challenge! Sending you all great positive, high energy vibes!
The video post was a great idea! So cool to "see you in person". :) So, try to avoid doing the splits in triangle if at all possible, keep your eyes open for a salt lick and don't give away your cheez-it's just yet...your appetite may come back! Thanks for the update, so happy to share this journey with you!
Awesome! Thanks for the update. Jonathan, the husband of my studio owner is at training too and I'm hearing lots of updates. The one thing I kept hearing is that those seats are horrible! Keep your spirit up...we're all cheering for you!
wow- video post! it's so interesting to hear your actual voice as compared to the one i had given you in my head while reading your words all this time. it's different than i imagined- but quite lovely nonetheless. :)
i'm sure your appetite will come back around. i remember i didn't eat much during the beginning of the Bikram 101 Challenge. just listen to your body. i know you've got tons of folks around you reminding you to "eat, eat, eat!" and i'm not saying they're wrong, but sometimes it can work you up and stress you out even more when you're unable to do what you're being told you should do. the pressure! hang in there. :)
p.s. it's my dream to be among the first few to deliver half moon when i go to training. way to go! i hope i get to do the same someday- eventually, or in the future. :)
